I always heard from the growing up saying that life is very hard and they don't have a choice but to work hard to get what they want. Is that really true, and do we really have to work so hard just to get what we want? When I grow up, the same thing happens to me as well as people around me. It is clear that the O's have glaring holes to fill at 1st and 3rd base this offseason. Top position prospects, Brandon Snyder and Josh Bell, are getting close, but could probably use a little more seasoning in AAA. In the meantime, it could be argued that it would be in the O's best interest to make some trades or sign some free agents to fill those positions on a short-term basis.
